  1. Help! I’ve lost my password or forgotten it. how do I change my
    password?
  2. To change or cancel your Premium Story subscription, log in to your PayPal account, go to your Profile, and click My money. Update your agreement in the “My pre-approved payments” section.

  3. I signed up for a subscription but it tells me my subscription has “No Access”. What happened? How can I reactivate my subscription?
  4. If your Premium Story subscription was cancelled, and you’re sure you didn’t do it, you may not have a funding source properly set up at PayPal. You can easily check your subscriptions by logging into your PayPal account. Then click on My Profile and then My Pre-approved payments. If your subscription payment failed, then you may not have a credit card or bank account on file at paypal. Please ensure you have a credit card or bank account on file with paypal to keep your Premium Story subscription active. The payments should resume once your payment sources are in place.

  5. How do I sign up for Subscribers-only Emails?
  6. After you sign up for the Premium Story Subscription, you must still sign up for Subscribers-only emails (“Weekly writing tips” AND “Monthly podcast tips”) at the Premium Story Subscription Home page.

    If for whatever reason you want to update your email list subscriptions, you can always go back to the Subscribers Home and check/uncheck the boxes under Subscribers-only Email and click “go”.

  7. I’d like to cancel my subscription. How do I do that?
  8. You can easily check your subscriptions by logging into your paypal account at www.paypal.com. Then click on My Profile and then My Pre-approved payments. If you want to cancel your subscription, you can do so here or try the button above. You will no longer be able to log in to the Premium Story Subscribers area once you cancel the subscription.
